About Abiezer (the Anathothite)
A member of the tribe of Benjamin from Anathoth and warrior among David’s mighty men, known as “the thirty” (2 Samuel 23:27; 1 Chronicles 11:28). Abiezer was made leader of the ninth division of the army in the rotation system established by David (1 Chronicles 27:12).
