Arioch

A Mesopotamian king of Ellasar who joined other kings to launch a campaign into Canaan during the time of Abram, mentioned in Genesis 14:1.

About Arioch

Name of the King of Ellasar. With three other kings, Arioch captured five cities and took a number of prisoners, including Abraham’s nephew Lot (Genesis 14:1–16).
