A man from the time of exile and return, mentioned in Nehemiah 3:4 as the son of Meshezabel and the father of Meshullam.

The father of Meshullam. Meshullam told Nehemiah, the governor, to rebuild the wall of Jerusalem (Nehemiah 3:4, 30; 6:18).
