About Methuselah

The son of Enoch, Lamech’s father, and the grandfather of Noah through Seth’s line (Genesis 5:2127; 1 Chronicles 1:3). Methuselah lived 969 years. He is the oldest recorded person in the Bible. His ancestry is included in Luke’s record of Jesus's ancestors (Luke 3:37).
