A town in the territory of Manasseh, also known as Bileam; one of the Levitical cities of refuge assigned to the clan of Kohath (Numbers 14:45).
About Ibleam
City in Manasseh’s territory (Jos 17:11; Jgs 1:27; 2 Kgs 9:27), perhaps identifiable with Bileam, a Levitical city west of the Jordan River between Samaria and Jezreel (1 Chr 6:70). See Levitical Cities.

And from the half-tribe of Manasseh they were given Taanach and Gath-rimmon—two cities, together with their pasturelands.
