Relative of Jesus

Shimea (also called Shimeah), David's brother and a man from the tribe of Judah, lived during Israel's united kingdom and was the son of Jesse and father of Jonadab.

About Shimea (Shimeah)

Another name for Shammah, the third son of Jesse. Shimea was the brother of King David (1 Chronicles 2:13 and 20:7).
