A son of the patriarch Simeon who lived during the time of the Egyptian slavery and the wilderness wandering of Israel. He was founder of the clan of the Nemuelites.
About Jemuel
Simeon’s first son (Genesis 46:10; Exodus 6:15). He is called Nemuel in 1 Chronicles 4:24 and is the founder of the Nemuelite family (Numbers 26:12).
