Wind instruments

Wind instruments are instruments that produce sound through the vibration of air in, through, or around them. This category includes two types of instrument: (1) those where the lips of the player produce the vibration of air in the instrument (Horn, ram’s horn and Trumpet, horn), and (2) those where the point of entry into the instrument produces the vibration of air (Flute, pipe and Bagpipe (kettledrum, large drum)).
